Preparing for your big day can be really stressful, from planning the dresses, the venue for the banquet, and even picking a day for the big day itself. Great news is that we’ve got you covered when it comes to preparing your skin! Take a look at the treatments that we offer to combat your skin problems. Different brides have their own individual preferences when it comes to their beauty regime. With your wedding day coming up, it’s important that you pamper your skin. After all, it is your day!
Chemical Peels
We start off by recommending chemical peels. This procedure should be done at least 6 weeks before your wedding date as your skin needs to recover completely. You may also need multiple sessions for a better result. A chemical peel, help to sloughs away the dull top layer of your skin to reveal a brighter healthier skin underneath. This will improve:
- Acne and oily skin
- Skin texture such as acne scars
- Decrease hyperpigmentation
- Brighten uneven skin tone
- Reduce fine lines and breakouts

Since this is a chemical peel, do expect mild redness and dryness after the procedure. After three to five days, you’ll start to see the skin peeling which is what we want. You should gently remove the flakes when cleaning your face, but avoid pulling or picking at the peeling skin because this can cause irritation and increase the risk for infection. Always use sunscreen when stepping out of your house during daytime to minimise sun exposure as your skin will be extremely sensitive during this period. It’s important to follow our instructions after a chemical peel to ensure your skin heals correctly.
Take note : Avoid strenuous exercise and alcohol for 24 hours. Do not use retinols or oil based make-up for 24 hours. Avoid facials, facial waxing, glycolic or AHA peels, lasers, IPL or energy based treatments and microdermabrasion for two weeks after treatment.
Fillers
Fillers are a quick fix to enhance and bring more youth to your skin. It works best to:
- enhance your features by increasing the height of your nose and sharpen your chin
- improve your dark eye circles and revive tired eyes
- plump and restore volume in the skin
- give more-prominent cheekbones or fuller lips
- give the face an oval or V-shape to accentuate femininity
- reduce wrinkles
Dermal fillers should preferably be performed at least 4-6 weeks before your wedding. This allows the filler and any associated bruising and swelling to settle just in time. This procedure lasts for around 12 months depending on your body and you will be able to see the effect immediately after the treatment.

Facial according to your skin type
Ideally, you’d want to get a couple of bridal facials done in the months leading up to your wedding. Your final facial should be done 5-7 days before your wedding as you are not advised to apply makeup in the 24-48 hours after treatment. This is because your skin needs some time to settle down after a facial.
We provide a skin consultation to identify your skin type and further discuss our treatment plan and the results you are looking to achieve. The skin concerns we cover are as follow :
- Acne & Oily Skin
- Acne Scars
- Enlarged pores and dull skin
- Pigmentation & age spots
- Uneven skin tone
